THE STATE BAR OF ARIZONA,

NOTICE OF SUCCESSFUL

MARC J. RANDAZZA COMPLETION OF NEVADA

Bar No. 027861, PROBATION

Respondent.

This is a reciprocal discipline matter. It arises from the Supreme Court of Nevada’s

Order Approving Conditional Guilty Plea Agreement, dated October 10, 2018 (“Nevada

Order”), which imposed a 12-month suspension that was stayed for 18 months subject to

Mr. Randazza’s successful completion of specified conditions.

On January 14, 2019, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge in Arizona applied Arizona’s

rules relating to reciprocal discipline and entered a Final Judgment and Order of

Reprimand and Probation (‘Judgment’) in this matter. The Judgment placed Mr. Randazza

on probation for 18 months to run concurrently with the terms and conditions set forth in

the Nevada Order.

Mr. Randazza has now successfully completed his Nevada probation. See Ex. 1,

Letter from State Bar of Nevada to Mr. Randazza dated April 13, 2020. The State Bar of

Nevada has notified him that no actual suspension will be imposed and that it has closed its
